At JDub Scales, we are committed to providing performance-based advertising and digital marketing services.
No Upfront Payments
Our services are structured so that clients are not charged upfront for advertising services. Payment is only collected after agreed-upon performance goals, results, or generated revenue have been achieved according to the terms established between JDub Scales and the client.
No Refunds
Because clients are not required to make advance payments for services, refunds are generally not applicable.
Once payment has been made for completed advertising, marketing, lead generation, or digital services, those payments are considered earned and non-refundable.
Service Disputes
If a client believes a billing error or service issue has occurred, they may contact us directly so we can review the matter and work toward a reasonable resolution.
